How much can I recover in a trademark infringement lawsuit?

In a trademark infringement case, you may recover: the infringer's profits derived from the infringement, your actual damages (lost sales, brand damage), and in exceptional cases with willful infringement, up to three times actual damages plus attorney's fees. Courts may also award injunctive relief requiring the infringer to cease use and destroy infringing materials.

Can I stop someone from using a confusingly similar logo immediately?
